Policy
Sassy Covers accepts returns that are postmarked
within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us before
returning any item. Only returns that have been approved
will be accepted. Please enclose your original
receipt with the item. We will not accept a return if it is
washed, damaged, worn, or stained. Please follow all care
instructions carefully.
Once an item is returned,
we will issue you a refund less ACTUAL shipping charges. We
only charge $5.95 for shipping for orders under $99. This is
a discounted shipping charge and shipping charges could be
more depending upon the order.
Shipping charges will not be
refunded.
**Please note: All baby books
and diaper bags are
non-returnable unless they have a manufacture flaw, then it
will be repaired and returned to you.
All sales are final after
14 days. NO EXCEPTIONS
Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange
an item for a different one, you will be responsible for all
shipping charges incurred.
