We are offering free shipping
on any order over $99.00
Shipping & Handling
charges are only $5.95 for orders totaling less than $99.00 anywhere in the
US-including Alaska and Hawaii!
We now ship to
Canada! Shipping and Handling charges to Canada are $25.00
for any size order.
All of our items are
lovingly handmade in the USA. Because of this, most orders
will ship out within 5-7 business days from the day of the
order, most likely sooner. We ship items USPS Priority Mail which has a standard delivery time of 2-3
days.
For the toddler
replacement car seat covers, please allow up to 3 weeks for
your cover to be made and shipped as they are made to order.
Some of your items may
come from different companies at different times. Please
allow a total of 14 business days to receive your entire
order.
If you would like a delivery confirmation number
once your order has shipped, please let us know and we will
email it to you.
Next Day Shipment:
Items marked as 'Ships next business day' will ship within
24 hours of purchase. Must purchase item by 4pm day prior to
ship next day. If you also order additional items that are
not marked as "Ships next business day' then your order may
be delayed. If you place an order on the weekend, it will
ship Tuesday.
Need your items sooner?
We would be more than happy to ship any item the next
business day for a rush fee of $5.00. Please call our office
or email us to see if this can be done!
Need Express shipping? Please email us and we will let you
know what we can do.
Incorrect Shipping
Information: If a package is returned to Sassy
Covers due to an incorrect shipping address you provided,
you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Damaged Items: If
you receive a damaged item, please notify us immediately.
We will cover shipping costs in the case of damaged,
defective or wrongly shipped items.
If your item is a Sassy Cover item, we will repair it and
have it returned to you at our expense within 30 days of
purchase.
Lost Items: We are
NOT responsible for any lost or stolen package.
