Shipping & Handling
charges are only $7.95 for any size order anywhere in the
US-including Alaska and Hawaii!
We now ship to
Canada! Shipping and Handling charges to Canada are $25.00
for any size order.
All of our items are
lovingly handmade in the USA. Because of this, most orders
will ship out within 5 business days from the day of the
order, most likely sooner. We ship items USPS Priority Mail which has a standard delivery time of 2-3
days. Some items, such as the diaper bags and baby
albums, could take up to 2 weeks because they are custom
made to each order.
*Please allow 7-10
business days for orders of toddler covers, toddler strap
covers, changing pad covers, and sheets to ship.
Some of your items may
come from different companies at different times. Please
allow a total of 14 business days to receive your entire
order.
If you would like a delivery confirmation number
once your order has shipped, please let us know and we will
email it to you.
Need your items sooner or
need Express shipping? Please email us and we will let you
know what we can do.
Incorrect Shipping
Information: If a package is returned to Sassy
Covers due to an incorrect shipping address you provided,
you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Damaged Items: If
you receive a damaged item, please notify us immediately.
We will cover shipping costs in the case of damaged,
defective or wrongly shipped items.
If your item is a Sassy Cover item, we will repair it and
have it returned to you at our expense within 30 days of
purchase.
Lost Items: We are
NOT responsible for any lost or stolen package.
